When you book an appointment with Lash by Meomeo, we collect the following information:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Appointment preferences and booking details
• Any allergy or health information you provide

We use your personal information solely for the purpose of:

• Scheduling and managing your appointments
• Sending appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates via SMS text messages
• Sending occasional rebooking follow-ups and offers, if you opted in to text messages
• Communicating with you about your bookings
• Providing our lash extension services safely
• Understanding how the site is used, so the booking process can be improved

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages during booking, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lash by Meomeo. These messages may include:

• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Schedule changes or cancellations
• Important updates about your appointment
• Occasional rebooking follow-ups and offers — for example, a note that you are due for a fill

Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per booking, plus no more than a couple of follow-ups a month. Agreeing to marketing messages is never a condition of booking, and STOP works on every message we send.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

This site counts its own visits. There are no third-party trackers here — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising networks. The data never leaves our own server, and none of it is sold or shared.

Two cookies make this work. Both are first-party, both are unreadable to any script on the page, and neither can identify you:

• lbm_v — a random ID that tells a returning browser apart from a new one. Expires after a year.
• lbm_s — a random ID that groups one sitting into a single visit. Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

We record which pages were opened, which lash sets and photos were looked at, how far the booking form got, where the visit came from (a link, an ad tag, a search), and rough device type. We do not record names, phone numbers, email addresses, anything typed into a form field, or your exact location.

The purpose is narrow: seeing where the booking process loses people so it can be fixed. Raw visit records are deleted after 90 days, leaving only daily totals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded at all.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Your data is:

• Stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel
• Never sold to third parties
• Never shared with advertisers or data brokers
• Only used to run your appointments and, if you opted in, to text you about rebooking

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• Turn off analytics by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by clearing this site’s cookies
